MortezaSam and his team from San Homes did an EXCELLENT job with the interior of our medical clinic - Beaumaris Medical Centre. It was a large project of approximately 20 rooms. They worked tirelessly day and night to get the job done, and we are extremely satisfied. In particular, Sam made useful suggestions to improve the job, such as using low odour materials (being a medical clinic), plastering over old holes/patches in the gyprock, and invited me down each day to inspect progress. Not many contractors would necessarily go to the trouble of making these suggestions, which take more time, but ensure the job is done properly. Their prep work was exceptional, importantly taking the time to properly cover desks and furniture with plastic coverings, masking around the doorframes and handles. Not a spot of dust or debris anywhere. Sam was an excellent communicator throughout the job and a pleasure to work with. His team was also helpful, respectful, hardworking, and skilled at their jobs. The end result is of a very high quality - thanks, Sam. Highly recommended!!
